Refunds and Returns
You can request a refund within 3 days after you've received your order.

After your refund request is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will send you an email with information regarding the amount and when you can to expect your payment method to be credited.
Returns & Exchange:
Because of hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges on headbands.
To Exchange a Tank Top:
We don't accept any returns on tank tops. However, we can offer exchanges on this product.
To return the items to us, please contact our Customer Support. You can also write to us here: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you on how you can return it to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an email confirming your purchase through Indohypsie.
After the inspection, we will send you an email to notify you to return the tank top to us. Please be informed that you may have to bear the shipping fee when you return the order to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
